DRAFT, pending legal review

Cookies and tracking

Effective 2026-04-27.

Short version

Tramplo uses one cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party trackers on the dashboard, the employee app, or this legal site.

Cookies we set

NameTypePurposeLifetime
tramplo_sessionStrictly necessaryAuthenticated session for the web dashboard. Encrypted with iron-session; contains only your session id, not personal data.7 days, refreshed on activity

Cookie name shown above is illustrative; the live name follows the iron-session configuration.

What Tramplo does not use

  • No Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Amplitude, or similar.
  • No advertising or remarketing pixels.
  • No social-media tracking pixels.
  • No fingerprinting based on canvas, fonts, audio, or device characteristics.
  • No cookie banner is shown because no consent-based cookies are set.

Other browser storage

  • localStorage / sessionStorage: Tramplo may use small amounts of local storage to remember a UI preference (for example, the date range you last chose). No personal data is stored there.
  • The desktop app stores your device-bearer token in the OS keychain (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager). It is never written to disk in plain text.

Third-party services

When you go through Stripe checkout from the Billing page, Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout page under checkout.stripe.com. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policy.

Your choices

Because the only cookie we set is required to keep you logged in, blocking it will log you out of Tramplo. You can clear it any time from your browser's site-data settings.

Changes

If we add any non-essential cookie or change the purpose of an existing one, we will surface a clear in-product notice and update this page before activating the change.
